Terms and Conditions of Use
Last updated: July 2026. These Terms apply to the use of Salonati’s website, mobile applications, admin panel, provider app, customer app, and any related digital services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1. Definitions
Salonati means the digital platform owned and operated by Jamila Salem Ayad Alshammari Electronic Services Est., Unified National Number 7054736116, based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Customer means any person using the platform to search for or book women salon services. Salon or Service Provider means any registered salon, beauty center, or provider offering women beauty and care services through the platform.
2. Service Scope
Salonati provides a technology platform that helps customers discover women salons and beauty-care providers, view services, prices, and available appointment times, submit booking requests, track booking status, and review the experience after service completion. Salonati also provides salons with a dedicated app to manage profiles, services, photos, branches, staff, bookings, featured ads, and available subscriptions.
Salonati acts as a technology intermediary for discovery and booking organization. Salonati does not itself provide salon services. The salon or service provider is responsible for service delivery, quality, actual prices, licenses, premises safety, and direct customer interaction in accordance with applicable laws.
3. Eligibility and Account
- You must provide accurate and updated information when creating an account, submitting a booking, or registering a salon.
- Phone numbers may be verified through SMS OTP or any suitable verification method.
- You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Salonati may refuse, suspend, or terminate any account in case of inaccurate information, misuse, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms.
4. Customer Bookings
- Customers may select a service, salon, branch, date, time, and service location where home service is available.
- Submitting a booking request does not guarantee the appointment until the salon accepts it or the app shows a confirmed status.
- A salon may accept, reject, or propose changes to a booking based on operational availability.
- Customers must attend on time or prepare the home service location when that option is selected.
5. Home Service
For home services, customers must provide an accurate address and correct contact details. Home service fees, coverage areas, and availability may vary by salon. A salon may reject a home service request if the address is outside the coverage area, cannot be reached, or suitable service conditions are not available.
6. Salon and Provider Obligations
- Salons must provide accurate information about the establishment, branches, required documents, services, prices, photos, and working hours.
- Salons must keep appointment availability updated and respond to booking requests within a reasonable time.
- Salons must provide services according to the description, price, and terms displayed in the app unless a clear change is agreed with the customer before service delivery.
- Salons are responsible for complying with applicable municipal, health, professional, and commercial regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Salons must not publish misleading photos, descriptions, or offers, or use content they are not authorized to use.
7. Prices, Payments, Subscriptions, and Featured Ads
- Service prices are displayed based on salon-provided information and may vary by branch, staff member, time, or service location.
- Unless the app states otherwise, payment for salon services is settled directly between the customer and the salon according to the salon’s policy.
- Salonati may later enable online payment options for certain services, products, or fees. When enabled, payments will be subject to the payment gateway terms and any refund policy shown in the app.
- Salonati may charge salons for subscription, activation, featured ads, or service and offer promotions within the app.
- Fees paid by salons for subscriptions or featured ads are non-refundable after activation or after the visibility period starts, unless a written policy states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Cancellation, Changes, and No-Show
Bookings may be cancelled or changed through the options available in the app and according to the salon’s policy. Late cancellation or no-show may result in account restrictions or fees set by the salon where clearly disclosed before booking. Salonati is not responsible for side arrangements made outside the platform.
9. Ratings and Reviews
- Customers may review salons after service completion, and salons may review customer interaction where this feature is available.
- Reviews must be honest, respectful, and must not violate the rights or privacy of others.
- Salonati may remove or hide any review or content it considers abusive, misleading, unlawful, or unrelated to a genuine experience.
10. Content and Intellectual Property
All trademarks, designs, text, interfaces, software, databases, and logos related to Salonati are owned by or licensed to Salonati. No part of the platform may be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without prior written approval.
By uploading photos, descriptions, or offers to the platform, salons grant Salonati a non-exclusive license to use that content for displaying, marketing, and operating the services within Salonati.
11. Prohibited Use
- Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, immoral, or unlawful purpose.
- Impersonating others or submitting inaccurate information or documents.
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems, disrupting the service, or misusing APIs.
- Publishing abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, inappropriate, or rights-infringing content.
12. Notifications and Communications
Salonati may send in-app notifications, SMS, or emails related to accounts, verification, bookings, reminders, support, or offers. Certain notifications may be managed through device or app settings, while operational messages needed to provide the service may still be sent.
13. Third-Party Services
The platform may rely on external services such as maps, SMS, hosting, analytics, payment gateways, and app stores. These services are governed by their providers’ terms and policies. Salonati is not responsible for outages or changes beyond its control.
14. Availability and Updates
Salonati aims to provide a stable and secure service; however, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical reasons. App store download links will be activated after the app is officially published.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Salonati is not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of the platform or inability to use it, the quality or outcome of services provided by salons, or any act or omission by a customer, salon, or third party. Salonati does not guarantee the availability of every salon or service at all times and does not guarantee any specific result from any beauty or non-medical care service.
16. Privacy
Personal data collection and use are governed by the Privacy Policy published on the website and in the app. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy and understand how data is processed.
17. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates take effect when published on the website or inside the app. Continued use of the platform after publication means acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Competent Saudi authorities and courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
