  • Reviews and content: ratings, reviews, photos, or attachments uploaded where these features are available.
  • Salon data: salon name, contact details, address, branches, services, prices, photos, working hours, and commercial or operational documents required for review.
  • Payment data when enabled: transaction identifiers, payment status, invoice, amount, and limited payment gateway data for fees, subscriptions, or ads. We do not store full card details.
  • Technical data: device type, operating system, IP address, device or notification identifiers, logs, used pages or features, performance data, and security data.

We receive data directly from you when you register, book, or contact us; from salons when they manage their accounts; and from operating systems, analytics, maps, SMS, and payment gateways when related services are used.
